What a great time we had at the Celebration of Craig's 44th Birthday. It started with the surprise at the Porsche dealership where Craig signed the papers for the German delivery of the Porsche....and then the party moved to his home for all kinds of great food, fellowship, and fun for all of the 50 folks gathered. A fun time for all.

Today I had the occasion to go up to Mt. Shasta and Dunsmuir to look at a Self Storage complex that we have for sale at $650,000. The drive from Redding to Mt. Shasta was absolutely amazing...the mountain white with snow, the sky a deep blue, and the temperature at 80 degrees.

I came back through Dunsmuir to look at the Cave Springs Resort, which we will be putting on the market at $1,900,000. This is a beautiful resort in the historic railroad town of Dunsmuir, and the resort has cabins, mobile homes, park models, and standard rooms in a gorgeous setting amongst the hugh pine and cedar trees, and very close to the River.

A great day for seeing Northern California...
