Today I had the occasion to go up to Mt. Shasta and Dunsmuir to look at a Self Storage complex that we have for sale at $650,000. The drive from Redding to Mt. Shasta was absolutely amazing...the mountain white with snow, the sky a deep blue, and the temperature at 80 degrees.

I came back through Dunsmuir to look at the Cave Springs Resort, which we will be putting on the market at $1,900,000. This is a beautiful resort in the historic railroad town of Dunsmuir, and the resort has cabins, mobile homes, park models, and standard rooms in a gorgeous setting amongst the hugh pine and cedar trees, and very close to the River.

A great day for seeing Northern California...
